Announcement of "Student Military Service" Application for the 110th Academic Year

"Military Service Application Form":

1. Freshmen (including day school, evening school, and Continuing Education College) will be issued by the instructor during the freshman lecture.

2. The transfer student will be issued when the transfer student registers or lectures.

3. Those who have not yet received the postgraduates, returnees, transfer students, or have not yet received them, please go to the student assistant group (or joint office) to get them.

4. Download the website of the Auxiliary Group.

. Target: New students, transfer students, transfer students, returning students, postgraduate male students (with academic status), regardless of school system, grade, year, whether they have completed military service or exemption, all need to submit the "Military Service Application Form"

. Application difference:

(1) Deferred enlistment: Those who have not performed military service or are exempt from military service.

(2) Convening after the end: Those who have already served in the military (except for temporary convening during the school period).

. Submit information:

(1) Those who have not performed military service: The military service application form, paste the photocopy of the front and back of the ID card.

(2) Those who have completed military service: military service application form, paste the photocopy of the front and back of the ID card, and the photocopy of the demobilization order (or two-stage military training order).

(3) Those who are exempt from military service: military service application form, paste the photocopy of the front and back of the ID card, and the photocopy of the exemption certificate.

(4) In service: Military service application form (marked "in service" in the upper right corner), paste the front and back copies of the ID card and military ID.

. Payment time:

Day School, Continuing Education Department (Evening School): Before September 30, 110 (Thursday), the day school freshman class will be collected by the "deputy squad leader" of each class and paid to the student assistant group of the Academic Affairs Office to handle it (evening school will be handled by the deputy squad leader) All received and forwarded to the Joint Office), (Extensions, Transfer Students, Transfer Students, and Returning Students to the Student Auxiliary Section of the Academic Affairs Office or the Joint Office).

School of Continuing Education: By October 3, 109 (Sunday), it should be submitted to the Joint Office for forwarding.

. "Unpaid student military service application form, take the initiative to apply" or "incomplete information" or "incorrect information", which affects personal rights, shall be held responsible.

. Please indicate "Only for military service application" on each certificate.

. In response to the epidemic, remote teaching, students can send it back to the school for processing, and the envelope indicates that the student assistant group will receive it.

Remind that the students who have completed the second phase of military training this year must be convened after completing their applications.
